Thirty Day Challenge 2008 Summary

This is a summary and checklist of the key action steps and core information for the Thirty Day Challenge 2008. It is not a simple duplication of the transcripts. Many, many hours of hard work (and two bouts of repetitive strain injuries) have gone into preparing this summary. We’ve gone through the Challenge and tried to present it in the most efficient way.

That said, it is intended to be used as a cheat sheet or a checklist alongside the actual Challenge, it is not designed to replace it. Ed Dale and the rest of the Thirty Day Challenge team have gone to a lot of work to create videos that really illustrate the techniques - it’s recommended that you watch them.

In this summary, we keep all the core information - occasionally we’ve restructured the presentation so that you can also use this summary as a checklist. If you want just the essential actions and not the theory, then have a look at our Thirty Day Challenge 2008 Ninja Hit List.

Note that the Thirty Day Challenge had “Preseason” lessons prior to the August Challenge. The idea was to introduce newcomers to some helpful tools and get these set up before the main season starts. You may wish to take a day or even a week going through the preseason materials and make sure you have the key tools set up. Ed created a Preseason Cheat Sheet if you wanted to get started quickly, but we recommend going through all the Preseason - you’ll meet some very handy tools and understand better how they can help you and how to set them up.

Because our Summary was over 25,000 words and was taking forever to load - we’ve split it up and posted them according to the date they were originally allocated to - ie over August 2008 - but it’s still easiest to access them from this page.

The Thirty Day Challenge is sometimes shortened to TDC and sometimes 30DC - Ed and the gang use both and so have we.
